Our Solution:

Because the majority of hostel residents are young women with children, there was a clear requirement for careful vetting of security officers placed into this environment. Following our initial site audit and risk assessment, we ensured that a stringent selection process was in place from the outset of the contract.

All security officers are required to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. They are also required to undergo extensive induction, site training and an approval process before they are allowed to operate on this facility unsupervised. Due to the highly sensitive nature of this contract, we have been heavily involved with the client to ensure their requirements are met and exceeded at all times.

Result:

We have been reappointed to deliver security services for a fifth term, which is testament to our ability to deliver the highest level of service to clients where there are complex or sensitive needs.
